This 24' long tiny house on a foundation is a sleek 300-square-foot build by Minim Homes!
This modern, single-level tiny house features a very simple layout on the inside, essentially a large living space broken out into functional areas. The home has a linear kitchen leaving little to desire, with its simplistic design and sleek cabinetry.
The main living space houses a couch with a huge window on the opposing side, a projector screen that can pull down for watching movies or double as a blind, and a table that can be moved to several locked positions using boat table bases in the floor.
The bathroom sits at the end of the tiny house and is a wet bath, meaning the entire bathroom space acts as the shower area. Adjacent to the bathroom lies a small office space raised on a platform, with a queen-size bed on wheels housed underneath—giving you the ability to pull out your sleeping/sitting space only when it is needed.
Unfortunately, Minim Homes discontinued their production of these tiny houses for the time being as of October 2017, but you can still purchase plans to build this home yourself either in a trailer or foundation model. You may also contact them here for any questions!
