The Minuet by Piccola Tiny Homes is a compact single-level tiny house designed to fit a surprising amount of everyday function into a footprint of roughly 220 square feet.
Instead of relying on a loft, the Minuet keeps the sleeping area, living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and storage all on one level. One of its strongest features is how much built-in storage is incorporated throughout the home—from drawers beneath the bed to a pull-out wardrobe and a full-height pantry.

The sleeping area is tucked into one end of the home with a full queen-size mattress surrounded by three awning windows.
Underneath the raised bed is an impressive amount of storage, including several deep drawers and smaller cubbies. The standout feature, though, is a full-height pull-out wardrobe that slides almost entirely underneath the bed.
It provides hanging space for shirts and dresses along with room for shoes, helping solve one of the biggest storage challenges in a tiny house without taking up additional floor space.

Across from the bed is a built-in sofa with additional storage underneath.
A wall-mounted TV can pivot toward either the couch or sleeping area, while a fold-down desk transforms part of the room into a dedicated workspace. When the desk isn't needed, it folds away to open the space back up for seating.
There are also built-in outlets, USB connections, and concealed cable routing to keep electronics organized.

Despite the small footprint, the Minuet includes a surprisingly complete kitchen.
There is a two-burner induction cooktop, deep sink, microwave that also functions as an air fryer and convection oven, refrigerator with freezer, quartz countertops, and plenty of upper and lower cabinetry.
A six-foot-tall pantry adds even more food and kitchen storage, while accessories over the sink can extend the usable prep area when needed.

A solid pocket door separates the bathroom from the rest of the home.
Inside, you'll find a traditional flushing toilet, 32" x 32" shower with rainfall and handheld showerheads, vanity, illuminated medicine cabinet, and extensive linen storage.
There's also a vented washer/dryer combo, meaning laundry is handled without needing a separate utility area.

The Minuet also includes details aimed at making such a small home feel more residential.
Drywall walls, natural wood accents, quartz countertops, double-pane windows, a mini-split for heating and cooling, and generous built-in storage all help move the experience away from feeling like an RV.
Piccola currently lists the Minuet as a movable tiny home aimed primarily at single professionals, although the layout could also work well as a guest house, rental, or compact home for one or two people.

What stands out most about the Minuet isn't simply how small it is, but how little everyday functionality has been sacrificed.
The queen bed stays on the main level, there's a proper kitchen and bathroom, laundry is built in, and the pull-out wardrobe and under-bed drawers provide far more storage than you might expect in a home this size.
For one person, the Minuet could be a surprisingly comfortable full-time home. For two people, the limited floor space would require more compromise, but the smart storage and convertible workspace make the layout much more practical than its footprint suggests.
Would you rather have this single-level layout or sacrifice some accessibility for a sleeping loft and more living space?
