Covered Wraparound Porch 🌳
Before even stepping inside, the Liberty Landing stands out for its large covered porch.
The front portion has enough space for a sectional-style seating area, mounted TV, and outdoor fireplace, essentially creating another living room outside. The porch continues around the side with a smaller seating area that's perfect for morning coffee.
There is also a separate exterior door directly into the bedroom, making the porch feel even more connected to the interior.
Bright Living Room 🛋️
The main entrance opens into a surprisingly spacious living area with tall ceilings created by the shed-style roofline.
There's room for a full-size sofa, accent chair, entertainment center, coffee table, and potentially even a small sectional without making the space feel overcrowded.
Full Galley Kitchen 🍳
The galley kitchen makes excellent use of the home's limited footprint with cabinetry above and below the counters and plenty of prep space.
Full-size appliances include an electric range and oven, refrigerator, microwave, and even a dishwasher—something we don't often see inside 399-square-foot park models.
There's also a dedicated cupboard that could easily become a coffee bar or additional pantry storage.
Private Bedroom + Built-In Storage 🛏️
Everything remains on the main floor, including the private bedroom.
Built-in closets on both sides provide plenty of hanging space, while an integrated drawer-style dresser adds even more clothing storage without requiring another piece of furniture.
The bedroom also has its own mini-split and direct access to both the wraparound porch and bathroom.
Full Bathroom + Laundry 🚿
One of our favorite details is the bathroom's dual-entry layout. One door connects directly to the bedroom, while another opens toward the kitchen and living area.
That means guests can use the bathroom without walking through the bedroom, while the bedroom entrance can be closed for privacy.
Inside, there's a good-size vanity, flushing toilet, tiled shower, overhead storage, and hookups for a stackable washer and dryer.
Final Thoughts
The Liberty Landing is a great example of how a well-planned single-level layout can make 399 square feet feel much more livable.
Between the full kitchen, generous storage, private bedroom, laundry hookups, and dual-access bathroom, there are very few major compromises for one person or a couple. But the wraparound covered porch may be what really sets this model apart, dramatically expanding the home's usable living and entertaining space.
