🛋️ Living Room

Walking inside, you're welcomed into a simple open living area with enough room for a small two-person sofa and coffee table.

A mounted TV keeps the floor clear, while large windows and transom windows bring natural light into the home. Combined with the vaulted ceiling, they help make the 220-square-foot interior feel less confined than you might expect.

One of our favorite details is the long horizontal window above the countertop. If you positioned the home somewhere scenic, you could look directly outside while cooking or washing dishes.

There's also a good amount of counter space considering the size of the home. The overall setup feels appropriate for someone who wants a functional everyday kitchen without dedicating half of the floor plan to it.

There's a traditional flushing toilet, compact vanity with storage, and an accessible shower with a sliding glass door. The shower is relatively easy to step into, which pairs nicely with the home's overall single-level design.

Nothing about the bathroom is unnecessarily elaborate, but that's part of why the floor plan works. It provides a fully enclosed bathroom without taking more space away from the bedroom or living area than necessary.
