The Tiffany by Clayton Homes is a charming 740-square-foot home that packs serious comfort and livability into a small but efficient footprint. Designed with intention, this tiny cottage features a front porch perfect for slow mornings, a full-sized kitchen with island seating, and two private bedrooms—each with direct access to a bathroom.
If you’re looking for a downsized home that doesn’t skimp on storage or warmth, the Tiffany might be exactly what you’re searching for.
As you step up to the Tiffany, the covered front porch sets a cozy, welcoming tone that continues throughout the home. It’s an ideal spot for sipping coffee in the mornings or watching the sunset in the evening.
Just inside, you’re greeted by a built-in bench and coat rack—an entryway detail that’s both functional and charming. It gives you a space to drop bags, shoes, or jackets right as you walk in, making the home feel instantly organized.
The kitchen is located just off the mud room and acts as the heart of the home. It features a center island with bar seating, ideal for quick meals, working from home, or chatting with friends while you cook.
A stainless steel apron sink sits under the front window, and the surrounding cabinets and countertops are finished in soft, neutral tones that create a relaxed cottage atmosphere. Overhead cabinets and a full-size dishwasher round out the functionality of the space—this is not your average tiny home kitchenette.
Connected to the kitchen is the living room, complete with a ceiling fan and windows on two sides for cross-breezes and natural light. The open-concept layout between the kitchen and living space makes the main area of the home feel bright, breezy, and perfect for everyday living or entertaining guests. There’s plenty of room here for a small sofa, armchair, and media console—or a work-from-home setup if needed.
Down the hallway, the Tiffany features two bedrooms in a split-layout design. On one end of the home, the primary bedroom is tucked into the back for extra privacy.
There’s enough space for a queen-sized bed and side tables, and the walk-in closet includes built-in cubbies and wood shelving to keep things tidy. Recessed shelves built into the wall offer additional space for books, baskets, or decor.
The en suite bathroom continues the thoughtful design with cabinetry above and below the vanity, a transom window above the glass-door shower, and soft finishes throughout that echo the home’s overall warm, inviting style.
Back down the hall and on the opposite side of the home, Bedroom Two makes a great guest room, home office, or kids’ room. It’s directly across from the second full bathroom, which features a tub-shower combo, private toilet area, and convenient linen storage. A side door located off this bathroom provides a private entrance—ideal for guests, visiting family, or even short-term rental potential.
In the middle of the hallway, a dedicated laundry closet offers space for a stackable washer and dryer. It’s a rare (and welcome) inclusion in homes under 800 square feet and adds to the Tiffany’s livability for long-term residents.
The Tiffany isn’t trying to be trendy or overdesigned—it’s meant to feel lived-in and loved, like a true home. With its traditional floor plan, smart storage throughout, and thoughtful finishes, it proves that living small doesn’t mean living less. It’s perfect for individuals, couples, or small families who want to embrace intentional living without giving up the comforts of a full-sized home.
Base model starting prices do not include available options, required delivery & installation or taxes. Installed price will be higher. See home details for pricing details and home information.
