The Corbett Canyon Max by Central Coast Tiny Homes offers an impressive 400-sqft of indoor living space—all on one level—thanks to a smart RV-style slide-out that significantly expands the width of the living area.
Whether you're dreaming of a cozy starter home, a backyard ADU, or a comfortable place to age in place, this THOW (tiny house on wheels) has the layout and amenities to make small-space living not only functional, but incredibly comfortable.
Let’s take a closer look inside 👇

When you step into the Corbett Canyon Max, you're immediately greeted by an airy and open living area that feels much larger than your typical tiny house.
Thanks to the full-length RV slide-out, the living room expands to fit a full-size sectional sofa, coffee table, 2 chairs, and even a full entertainment center—making it the perfect spot to binge your favorite shows, host friends, or just stretch out and relax.
Adjacent to the living area is a large kitchen with an island, complete with apartment-size appliances including a full oven, range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. There’s even a coffee bar setup and a deep pantry for additional food storage—ideal for tiny house dwellers who love to cook or entertain.
Storage is integrated seamlessly throughout the design, with cabinetry below & in the island, plus deep drawers for pots, pans, and everything else you might need in a well-equipped kitchen.
Tucked away behind a frosted pocket door is the private main-floor bedroom, which comfortably fits a queen bed with nightstands on each side. With two windows flanking the bed, there’s great natural light and ventilation, plus wall space for art, shelving, or even a TV.
But the real standout? A built-in closet that offers more clothing storage than most city apartments. There is some hanging space for some jackets or dresses, a shelf, & space for a large dresser.
The bathroom in the Corbett Canyon Max is one of the most spacious we've seen in a THOW of this size. It features a beautiful tile shower, a full-sized toilet, and a vanity with lots of storage for toiletries and towels. A laundry area is cleverly tucked next to the bathroom with washer/dryer hookups conveniently, making laundry day as efficient as possible in a small space—no need to leave the home for chores.
This home strikes a rare balance between comfort and practicality. With no lofts or ladders to climb, it’s a great option for anyone looking for accessible, single-level living—whether that’s an aging parent, a couple just starting out, or someone wanting a minimalist lifestyle without sacrificing convenience.
Whether you’re looking for a permanent tiny home, a stylish ADU, or a guest suite with all the comforts of home, the Corbett Canyon Max proves that smart design can truly make tiny living feel big.
