- Exterior is clad in pine tongue-and-groove siding
- There are (2) entrances to the home—a single 36" door on the side and a sliding glass door at the back of the tiny home!
- Spacious living room was fitted with a hammock and plenty of space to store the client's climbing and other outdoor gear
- Bedroom loft is located above the living area with enough space for a king-size bed to sleep 2 guests!
- Master bedroom is located at the front of the home above the gooseneck, with a king-size bed, 4-windows, and tons of storage! There is also a hidden latch on the floor to access a utility storage area.
- L-shaped kitchen features a custom 2"-thick spruce live edge countertop, a double granite drop-in sink, a 4-burner propane range, a mini fridge, a washer/dryer, a dining space for 2, and plenty of counter top space for meal prepping and a coffee bar!
- Full bathroom includes a corner shower unit with acrylic walls, a composting toilet, and a custom vanity with a 2"-thick spruce live edge counter
- High efficiency mini-split A/C unit
- Spray foam insulation with R-33 in the ceiling and floor, and R-22 in the walls
