This 34' tiny house on wheels, the "Modern Bohemian", is built by Summit Tiny Homes based in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada! This home although built for a family of 3, could easily sleep 6 adults comfortably thanks to its 3 sleeping areas!

- Built on a 34' x 8.5' trailer
- 295-sqft (excluding loft)
- Exterior is clad in black board and batten contrasted with raw shingles on the top
- Linear gourmet kitchen features Unique off-grid appliances, quartz counter tops, black cabinetry, a white farmhouse sink, a retro apartment-size fridge, a washer/dryer combo with closet space, and tons of counter top space to prepare food
- Past the kitchen is the open living area, with enough room for a full-size couch or a couple of chairs, and a set of storage stairs that lead up to the kid's bedroom loft!
- On the other end of the tiny home is the full bathroom, which includes a Separett composting toilet, a soaking tub/shower combo, and a vanity with a sink
- Above the bathroom is a second loft, which is currently used as the kid's play area, but could easily serve as a guest bedroom sleeping 2 adults
- Past the bathroom is the ground-level master bedroom, with a full-size closet with a hanging rod, a queen-size bed, and full clearance to the ceiling of the tiny home making the room feel much more spacious!
