Obviously, you'll still need to pare down your belongings—this is a 399-square-foot home, after all—but the amount of dedicated storage here is impressive for the footprint.

For full-time living, we'd probably take advantage of that option. Having laundry inside the home eliminates one of the inconveniences that can otherwise come with downsizing.
