30' "Sanibel" Tiny House on Wheels by Humble Houses

This 30' tiny house on wheels, the "Sanibel", is built by Humble Houses based in Germantown, Maryland, just outside of Washington D.C.!

Features

• Built on a 30' x 8.5' triple axle flatbed trailer
• 240-sqft of living space (excluding lofts)
• Comfortably sleeps 6 people with 2 sleeping lofts and a flex downstairs living/bedroom area
• Large linear kitchen with full size appliances such as a stainless steel fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a convection oven, a 3-burner gas cooktop, and a huge double bowl stainless steel apron sink! The clients opted for granite counter tops with a grey glass subway tile backsplash—and there is ton of space to prep meals!
• On one end of the home is the living room area, which currently features a loveseat, but could easily fit a larger couch or could even be converted into a downstairs bedroom!
• Above the living room is a small bedroom loft, accessible via a ladder
• On the other end of the home is the full-size bathroom, featuring a GE Washer and Dryer units, a glass corner shower, a composting toilet, and a small vanity!
• On the exterior of the home, there is a small built-in utility closet to house tools or anything that you would like to keep stored outside of the tiny house
