This wider 10' x 27' "Pohutukawa" tiny home is built by Tiny House Builders based in Katikati, New Zealand!
It is amazing what an extra 2 feet of width does to open up the space inside a tiny home, making for a great entertaining space.
This larger tiny home features a set of double doors that open up to the center of the home, where there is a large living room area and enough room for a sectional couch, with loads of floor space still.
On one side of the tiny house is the large L-shaped kitchen, which features a large fridge, an electric cooktop, wood countertops, an oven, black cabinets below with lots of space, as well as white cabinets above, and a small dining space for two. Above the kitchen, you'll find the main bedroom loft with a wall that allows for privacy when sleeping.
On the opposite end of the house, you'll find a large, full-bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, washer/dryer combo, and tons of storage space that would be perfect for a closet! Above the bathroom is the second loft that is furnished as a small lounge area, but definitely suitable for an additional bedroom with a privacy wall as well.
With 2 bedroom lofts and a pull out couch in the living room, this home could sleep a family of 4 full-time and 2 guests.
