This beautiful 160-sqft custom tiny house on wheels, "The Last Mohican", is built by Modern Tiny Living based in Columbus, Ohio!
If you told me even 6 months ago that black cabinets and custom wood work would be in, I would have chuckled and resumed my swooning over white and light cabinetry in tiny kitchens. However, with each new build that incorporates these darker accents, we are drawn more and more to them every day! Seriously, I am considering using black cabinets in my future tiny house build after seeing how well they look in "The Last Mohican" tiny house.
This tiny home features one of Modern Tiny Living's signature floor plans and for good reason...if it ain't broke, don't fix it! This floor plan works so well for such a small footprint, and makes 160-sqft feel like 320 with the white walls, open living area, and high ceilings!
Inside, this tiny house features a living room space with a custom-built couch and shelves for storage, a dining table for 2 that doubles as a workspace, a beautiful kitchen with a huge sink, a bathroom with a sliding barn door, a large set of storage stairs, and a bright bedroom loft above!
This "Last Mohican" tiny house model was sold for $59,000 USD as pictured.
