This larger, 45' tiny house on wheels is built by Tiny Innovations based in Gresham, Oregon!
The 382-sqft "Cayman" tiny home features a great room upon entering the home, a kitchen with large appliances, a main level bedroom, a bathroom, a master bedroom above the gooseneck, and even a sleeping loft! With this arrangement, this 45' tiny could sleep 6 people comfortably, or even 8 if the couch is a sofabed!
The model pictured is the 45' model, but Tiny Innovations also makes this model in 34', 38', and 40' lengths.
