There’s so much to like about this home; clean and simply laid out, spacious and bright. And that built-in sofa looks perfectly at home wh I is not always the case with such a construction. And maybe best of all, this home leaves a little room for those few things that you just can’t part with and that will make you feel at home here. Finally, if there’s clearance below I’d be tempted to extend that top stair landing out another foot over the kitchen below. This woukd give the sleeping area a little more gravitas and access. Well done!

Looks like a top-quality built home with lovely choice of finishes and colours. Would like to see less stair taking up living space below. Less kitchen counter that interferes with living room space. One very important item we don’t see too much of in tiny homes with lofts is a good solid safety railing leading up to loft – and more railing area around loft to give it more privacy and a separate room feeling (looks a little unfinished in the loft area – not cosy. I feel that this company is doing an amazing job of building small homes and they are the best on the island.
