The Low Country is currently available for sale in Alabama and Tennessee, but the builder anticipates the home will available to the following states by the end of 2017: Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas.
