The "Royal Iris" does a great job of maximizing its 26' length and height of 13.4' with a flat roof, giving the home a much more open feel than most tiny's. This tiny home features a full-size kitchen with a full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, sink, and tons of cabinet space! You definitely won't feel like you are downsizing with this kitchen.
In addition, the home features a living room area with a couch and a dining table for two that doubles as a workspace. The bathroom lies at the opposite end of the house and is definitely not in need space with enough room for a washer/dryer combo, a walk-in tub, a tiled shower, a sink, and a toilet. The stairs leading up the bedroom loft have tons of open shelves for additional storage.
With the additional 2 feet of length than your average tiny home, this house sacrifices some living room space to give you tons of extra space in the kitchen and bathroom!
