- Large living room with a couch (seats 3), electric fireplace, & a projector screen to watch movies!
- Galley-style kitchen features a 20" gas range, a 33" stainless steel sink, a french door apartment-size fridge, a microwave, a wine fridge(!!), and lots of counter top and cabinet space!
- Huge bathroom with the highlight of the home (in our opinion)—a 6' soaker tub with a hummingbird mural over it! There is also a large vanity and sink, a flush toilet, a washer/dryer combo, and a small wardrobe
- Past the bathroom is the private bedroom with enough room for a king-size bed, built-in storage under the queen-size bed, a dresser with several drawers, and even a small closet to hang some clothes!
