If you’ve been on the hunt for a tiny home that skips the ladder and still feels spacious, the Cheyenne model by United Tiny Homes might check all your boxes. At 340 square feet, this single-level tiny house on wheels (THOW) offers full-sized comforts in a compact and road-legal package—including a private bedroom, space for a stackable washer and dryer, and full-size appliances throughout.
Built for full-time living, seasonal stays, or even as a high-end backyard rental unit, the Cheyenne balances modern finishes with practical functionality—ideal for anyone looking to downsize without giving up comfort. Watch a full walkthrough video at the end!
One of the standout features of the Cheyenne tiny house is its private bedroom—no loft or ladder required. The bedroom fits a queen-size bed with room to walk around on both sides, a rarity in the tiny home world. There’s even a small closet and built-in cubbies, along with a sliding door for privacy.
Up front, the living room offers enough space for a full couch and a wall-mounted TV setup. Whether you’re hosting a friend, working from home, or just curling up after a long day, the space is cozy without feeling cramped.
The galley-style kitchen runs through the center of the home, making great use of the floor plan. It includes full-size appliances—a range, oven, microwave, and a full-depth fridge—plus plenty of cabinetry for storage. There’s also space for a small dining area or additional prep counter, depending on your needs.
At the rear of the home, you’ll find a full bathroom with a tile shower, flush toilet, and modern vanity. A stackable washer/dryer isn’t installed by default, but the space is fully plumbed and ready to go—a major perk for full-time tiny house living.
Built on a 40' trailer and designed for year-round living, the Cheyenne is more than just a weekend retreat. Its single-level layout, thoughtful design, and ample storage make it a great choice for individuals, couples, or even a small family looking to embrace the tiny lifestyle without sacrificing too much space or convenience.
