This beautiful tiny cottage renovation is built by Cape Associates, Inc. based in the Cape Cod area of Massachusetts!
This gorgeous 350-sqft home has the feel of a mid-size home with its open layout! On the first floor, you'll find a living room area, a large kitchen, and a bathroom. On the second floor is the cozy loft bedroom, with high ceilings for plenty of headroom to walk around!

I’m in love. If wee decide to build a stationary tiny home instead of one on wheels, this one will be it!! Great design and use of space. Love, love, love it.
