This wider 24' x 10' tiny house on wheels is built by Extraordinary Structures based in Santa Fe, New Mexico!
The 240-sqft tiny home is built using a proprietary rapid-assembly system that combines the use of CNC-cut materials and a panel system of SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) that drastically reduce construction time! The 10' width means that a special permit is needed to transport the home, but most states offer one for an affordable price.
Inside the home, you'll find some unique space-saving features that maximize the living space and open the floor plan up for guests. The home features a living room area that serves as the sleeping space and workspace through the use of a murphy bed; a small, minimalist L-shaped kitchen with a one-seat breakfast bar; a bathroom with a wood shower/tub combo; and a small storage loft that could also serve as a sleeping space for an additional guest.
In addition, there are tons of custom cabinetry and built-in storage solutions throughout the home to keep all of your possessions organized.
This home as pictured sold to a client for $82,500 with superior quality appliances and finishes, but a base model can start as low as $50,000 USD.
