But one of our favorite parts of this particular design actually sits outside those 399 square feet. A large covered wraparound deck extends the living area outdoors, complete with its own fireplace and TV, while a second porch directly off the bedroom creates a more private place to relax.

At approximately 15 feet wide, the "Luxe Oasis" also feels noticeably different from many narrow tiny houses on wheels. There's enough room for a large outdoor sofa—or potentially even a sectional—along with an electric fireplace and mounted TV. Instead of treating the porch as simply an entrance into the home, it becomes an outdoor living room in its own right.

Combined with the multiple doors connecting the deck to the interior, this dramatically changes how the home could be used during pleasant weather. You essentially gain another large gathering space without taking away from the 399-square-foot interior.

Together with the smaller private porch off the bedroom, the "Luxe Oasis" has an unusual amount of outdoor living space for a home this size.

🛋️ Living Room

Walking through the large glass doors, you're welcomed into a bright living room that feels surprisingly spacious for a 399-square-foot home.

There's room for a large sofa and additional chair, with an electric fireplace and mounted TV creating a natural focal point across the room. A mini-split provides heating and cooling without taking up valuable floor space.

What really makes this room work, though, is its connection to the porch. The full-light glass doors bring in plenty of natural light and allow the living room to visually extend onto the covered deck. Open them up on a nice day and the distinction between indoor and outdoor living becomes even smaller.
