The Downsized Delight by Liberty Tiny Homes is a 399-square-foot park model that manages to feel much more like a small cottage than an RV. Built on Champion's APS-523 floor plan, it includes a private main-floor bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom, spacious living room, bonus loft, and one of its best features—a large front and side porch.

The porch is arguably what gives the Downsized Delight so much character.

A large 10' covered front porch continues around the side of the home, creating enough room for a sectional, additional seating, and outdoor decor. The model we toured also features a stone-accented outdoor fireplace with a TV above it, turning the porch into a genuine second living room.

🍳 Full-Size Kitchen

The kitchen feels much closer to what you'd expect in a traditional house than a typical RV.

There's a full-size side-by-side refrigerator, four-burner range and oven, microwave, large stainless-steel sink, and plenty of cabinetry. A generous stretch of countertop provides useful prep space, while upper and lower cabinets maximize storage.

Step inside and you're greeted by an open living room with enough room for a full-size sofa, side tables, and an entertainment center.

Down the hallway is a full bathroom with a residential-style vanity, porcelain sink, flushing toilet, and large shower.
