This beautiful 30' tiny house on wheels, the "Drake," is built by Land Ark RV based in Buena Vista, Colorado—their debut tiny home, & a beautiful first one!
This 357-sqft tiny house is "efficiently built as a high-design house, but sized like an RV to give you ultimate freedom of use," according to the Land Ark RV team.
Inside, the floor plan is open & conducive to entertaining, but also offers some spaces for privacy. The kitchen is right at the entrance of the home, & features a lot of cabinet space, counter top space, an apartment-size fridge, a stove top, & a bar top with dining space for 3 (that also doubles as a work space)!
Past the kitchen is the living room area, which includes a built-in couch with enough seating for 3 people, & storage underneath. At the end of the home is a private bedroom with a sliding barn door for privacy. There is also an additional sleeping loft above the private bedroom that sleeps another 2 people.
At the opposite end of the home, there is a small laundry closet, as well as the full bathroom, which includes a vanity & sink, a toilet, & a shower.
The sleek, minimalist design is perhaps the biggest draw to this tiny home—the clean lines & simple aesthetic makes us feel that just moving into this home would make our lives more organized (I hope)!
This tiny house on wheels is listed at $139,900 as pictured, excluding tax & registration.
