- Sleeps up to 2 guests with a fold-down couch that converts in the bed
- A pocket door gives you access to the large bathroom in the back of the tiny house, featuring an angled wall that adds to the architecture of the home, and includes a large vanity and sink, a flush toilet, and
- Nook tiny house comes with main electrical power, main water supply, and waste connections, but can built with an off-grid system with solar panels, potable water, and a composting toilet.
- Features a fold-down drawbrige deck in the front of the home that provides a perfect entry way, and a great place to relax outside and catch the sunset!
